Are you a good example? In part three of 1 Thess. 1:4-8, Paul, Silvanus and Timothy give a final reason why they are confident in the salvation of the Thessalonian believers. Not only did they hear and receive a truthful and powerful gospel message, they lived in such a way that the Word of God reverberated throughout the region. The Thessalonian believers became examples of true faith and practice by the Spirit's power. If you are a Christian, what makes you a good example is whether you receive the Word and live it out...... Somebody is following you. Where are you leading them?
